Good bright dark red. Fresh aromas of red cherry, spicy plum, and fresh herbs. Sweet, round and elegantly styled, with good lift to the moderately ripe, peppery flavors of cherry and herbs. The finish is fresh, long, and clean, boasting good sweetness of fruit. Another remarkably well-made, balanced, easygoing wine from Casale del Giglio that is hard to resist. (13% alcohol)
