Brilliant straw-green hue. Aromas and flavors of sage, nectarine and gooseberries. Very refined and not extremely pungent, characterized by high acidity and juiciness. Finishes with vibrant grapefruit nectar notes emerging on the long back-end. An outstanding, classy Sauvignon that doesn't need to rely on unripe green fruit notes for appeal as many of the world’s wines made with this variety do.
