Matured in barrels, the 2016 Rasteau Domaine les Evigneaux features aromas of cedar, baking spices and cola. A blend of 50% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 10% Carignan, 5% Cinsault and 5% Mourvèdre, it's full-bodied and velvety on the palate, open-knit and approachable already. Drink it over the next few years

 Wine Enthusiast: 90pts

Ripe blackberry and black-cherry flavors are peppered with sweet spice, licorice and cacao in this wine. Rounded and voluminous, it's lavished with prominent oak tones and soft, silky tannins. Enjoy this approachable wine now through 2024.
