Château Tour Mondet Bordeaux wines are produced from Le Grix de la Salle vineyards in Entre-Deux-Mers — a single estate with three distinct soil types across a hillside above 70 meters altitude. Chalky-clay on the lower slopes. Gravelly-clay up top. Silty-clay in the valleys. Together they produce wines of mineral depth, aromatic lift, and genuine structure.
Antoine Le Grix de la Salle and his sons Thomas and Edouard run the estate today, building on three generations of accumulated knowledge with one shared conviction: the right terroir is not enough if you don't know how to listen to it. Everything Thomas and Edouard do in the vineyard and the cellar comes back to the same idea — that great wine is grown, not made. Sustainable farming, careful vinification, and an intimate knowledge of every parcel on the estate.
