Horse’s Neck

Ingredients: 2 oz. (60 ml) Casey Jones White Label Bourbon 3 dashes aromatic bitters Ginger ale

Method: Add bourbon and bitters into a collins glass and top with ginger ale

Garnish: A long, loopy lemon peel that curls along the inside of the glass.


Jalapeño Julep

Ingredients: 2.5 oz. (75 ml) Casey Jones Single Cut 1 oz. (30 ml) jalapeño simple syrup 4-6 mint leaves 1 splash soda water

Method: In a julep tin, gently muddle mint leaves with simple syrup. Fill the glass two-thirds of the way with crushed ice, and stir bourbon to mix. Fill with more crushed ice to mound on top, and add a splash of soda water.

Garnish: slice of jalapeño and a sprig of mint
