The Spinsanti Farm represents one of the best wineries of the Marche region. The estate is situated in the hilly area of Camerano, a small town in the heart of the Conero Natural Park at about 250 m above sea level in the area of production of Rosso Conero DOC.
The first vineyard was planted about 40 or 50 years ago by the head of the Spinsanti family in order to obtain wine for family consumption. It was this small production from which `Camars’, `Adino´, and `Sassone´were born.
In the old vineyard, cultivated with the Guyot system, there are natural clones of Sangiovese and Montepulciano which have been selected and grafted onto new vines. The Estate has a total of 12 hectares of loose sand, silt, and clay soils producing 30,000 bottles per year.
Work is done manually with care and dedication. An eye for quality is essential at Spinsanti. The wines produced gather all the peculiarities of the climate and soil, ultimately preserving regional chracteristics. The result is terroir driven, unique wines, characterized by fruity, densely packed flavors. The wines produced are elegant, refined, and full-bodied. Spinsanti uses sustainable methods in their vineyards and winemaking practices.
