Doyle Hinman opened Hinman Vineyards in 1979 and by 1988, the winery had become Oregon’s top selling winery. In 1991, Carolyn Chambers, an entrepreneur from Eugene, Oregon, acquired the winery. Two years later, Carolyn’s daughter, Elizabeth Chambers, came onboard to manage the estate and vineyards. Liz was the first to establish Oregon’s reputation for world-class winemaking.

Today, Hinman Vineyards has grown to produce approximately 8,000 cases of wine per year. The wines are produced and bottled in the Southern Willamette Valley. Only the best quality grapes are sourced from the Rogue and Willamette Valleys.
